CR is also commonly referred to as corporate social responsibility, or CSR. We prefer CR – Corporate Responsibility. Businesses have responsibilities. Some of these responsibilities are social, but they are also environmental and fiduciary and legal and ethical. We therefore think the “S” in CSR is unduly limiting. You should probably expect that from people whose principal focus has always been helping companies develop cultures of integrity. We think of integrity as an all-encompassing, rather than limiting, term.
